Question: Are letters written to the Council read by the Council?

Answer:  The Clerk is the gateway to the Council and deals with the correspondence.  All letters are acknowledged prior to being answered.  However, the Council has copies of letters, each Friday, received from people living in the parish.  Some of the letters are discussed at the monthly meeting.  Any decision made by the Council is then notified to the writer of the appropriate letter.
